Speaking at FOSDEM 2007 in Brussels, on February 24th, FFII president Pieter Hintjens launched the Campaign for Ethical Patents, and the EthiPat team distributed posters numbered 02, 03, and 08. Confused FOSDEM participants hunted in vain for posters 01 and 04-07. Some people complained that the EthiPat good vs. evil pictures were incomprehensible. Some people found the posters "pretty". Some people discovered that they made good protection against the Belgian summer weather (constant rain). Some even made it as far as ethipat.org and signed their name.
